At the end of 2017, the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (previously the Financial Services Board) gazetted various pieces of legislation as a result of the Retail Distribution Review and Twin Peaks regulation. This new legislation will have a significant impact on the industry as a whole and more specifically, on you as the broker.
To assist our brokers with understanding the new legislation, CIB hosted a breakfast session on the 15th of June with a number of guest speakers:
