In 2017, we advised you of our acquisition of FPA Underwriting Managers (Pty) Ltd. During the past 12 months we have attended to the integration of FPA into our business and we now are pleased to announce the change of corporate branding.
What does this mean for you and your clients?
Yes, from 24 August 2018, FPA will fall under the CIB brand. All documentation including quotes, policy wordings, proposal forms, claims forms etc. will be branded CIB. FPA will be known as:
CIB Specialised Buildings.
No, however e-mail addresses have been updated to new CIB e-mail addresses.
No, the cover and all T&C’s have not changed.
The claiming procedures will remain as is.
However please take note of the new claim e-mail address on the claim forms.
Claims will continue to be handled in line with the current processes.
No, all current products offered by FPA will be offered by CIB.
However, your policyholders can now also get access to the full CIB suite of products which can be viewed on www.cib.co.za.
